2. Order delivery
Delivery times: We aim to deliver all orders within 5 to 21 working days of order confirmation. Delivery times may vary according to the geographical location of the recipient and transport conditions.
Order tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email, enabling you to follow the status of your delivery.
3. Order cancellation
Cancellation conditions: Customers may cancel their order without penalty before it is dispatched. If the order has already been shipped, we invite you to follow our returns procedure once you have received the product.

4. Return Policy
Free returns: We accept returns of products in new, unused condition for up to 30 days after delivery. Returns are free of charge, at no additional cost to the customer.
Return procedure: To initiate a return, contact our customer service department. A prepaid return label will be provided to facilitate the return free of charge.
Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, a refund will be processed via the original method of payment within 14 days.
